During an exclusive briefing on October 24, President Xi Jinping attended the “Brics Plus” leaders’ dialogue at the Kazan Expo Center, where he delivered a significant speech titled “Gathering the Powerful Forces of the Global South to Jointly Promote the Building of a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind.”

In his address, Xi emphasized that regardless of how the international landscape evolves, China remains deeply committed to the Global South. He called for increased support for more countries from the Global South to join the Brics initiative, with the goal of consolidating their strengths to collaboratively advance the construction of a community with a shared future for humanity.
